There are a total of 69 rooms at the Myconian Ambassador Hotel and accommodation options vary from open-plan guest rooms with balconies to suites with private Jacuzzis or plunge pools.
After an attentive and relaxed welcome at the hotel’s lobby we were escorted to our True Blue Suite with and infinity plunge pool and breathtaking views of Platis Gialos.
The contemporary guest room with clean minimalist lines features a double bed, with a separate desk and an open plan wardrobe. The bathroom comes with a full set of Molton Brown and Korres amenities and a bathtub with waterfall shower.
The suite is equipped with a Nespresso machine and complimentary Wi-Fi.
As an in-room welcome gift we received a bottle of Muscat of Lemnos sweet wine and treats.
Gastronomy at Myconian Ambassador Hotel
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are affairs to remember at Myconian Ambassador Hotel. A champagne breakfast buffet is served at the Latitudes breakfast terrace located by the pool.
Enjoy everything from cooked-to-order eggs, hearty hot breakfast dishes, freshly baked croissants, cereals, fresh fruits and more. Start your day with a glass of champagne and make it a day to remember.
Dinner can be enjoyed at Efisia which offers Greek and Mediterranean diets in the Relais & Châteaux style, pairing a culinary experience with a candle-lit atmosphere.
We tried their fish dishes paired with white wine. There is an à la carte or a degustation menu which is served between 8pm-11:30pm.
Location
The Myconian Ambassador is set a short walking distance from the Platis Gialos beach (500 meters) and from the main bus station where you can catch the public bus to Mykonos Town (approximately 5 kilometres away).
The hotel also features a gym, a Thalasso spa and an outdoor swimming pool where guests can enjoy summer cocktails, soaking up the sun’s rays.
